@crispee1978 Actually, when Schumacher joined Ferrari in '96, he was one of the lowest paid drivers. The way he transformed Ferrari to it's glory days is by far his greatest feat. I don't really agree that Schumi's a marketing tool either to be honest.

@terkmadugga no, absolutely, completely not, totally different animals senna and schumi. schumi is a marketing tool just like everyone in F1 these days. senna was a pure 100% racer, nothing else in his being mattered more than racing and winning. senna would have raced for free if he had to. schumi would not get out of bed and crap for less than 10 million. you just cant compare the 2 of them they are totally different creatures. senna =passionate, schumi= robotic marketing tool!!!!!

He's the best just because he wasn't there to say: " Okay, this year a can be the second and make my money for some interests". No! For him, it was to be the first or someone should show better skills than his. They robbed champioships for Prost, he complained and they threated him, BUT he said Fuck You! fuck if it's a french relationship that should be the winner! The winner has to be the BEST. Nowadays, imagine someone telling him to let the other pilot win? He would send to the hell....

Now, I don't want a huge argument or anything, but does no one else think that (at least somewhat) Senna has been hero -ised since his death? An incredible racer of course, but it just bothers me people conveniently forget the adverse things Senna did, and only focus on his good points. Whereas someone like Schumacher, immediately people will come to criticize him. I'm not a Senna hater, nor a Schumacher fanboy, but both have done incredible things, and deserve the same level of respect.

Os domingos nunca mais foram os mesmos após sua morte e a fórmula 1 acabou pra mim naquele dia trágico! O que diferencia o Senna de todo o resto não é apenas o fato de ele ser um excepcional piloto, mas a pessoa fantástica, inteligentíssima, de enorme coração, apaixonada pela vida e pelo seu país, que sabia sempre o que falar e tratava a todos muito bem, quebrava todos os protocolos e as corridas eram sempre emocionantes, não essa mesmice que vemos hoje em dia! Ayrton Senna , saudade eterna!!!
