Part of our mission is to not only be a profitable organization, but also make a positive change on the environment. We want to focus on minimizing the deforestation of rain-forests as well as preserving the rare and extinct wildlife within them. We are trying our best at the moment to build awareness of these issues.

The farm consists of 50% planted with teak trees since 1994 and the other half its part primary forest and the rest abundant wild life, macaw, toucans and other birds, including wild pigs. Numerous pristine water flowing creeks and waterfalls abound within the farm. The land is hilly and about 123 acres of hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The Farm may also be accessed from Jaco Beach and Quebrada Ganado. It's also close to Punta Leona beach Hotel. The hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean may be developed into lots.

The farm has about 2km of public road frontage. Across from the farm lots have been sold to foreigners.
There is a development project for lots and construction approved from the entrance of Quebrada Ganado road leading to the farm.
