This is a little something I taught at the ORG workshop last weekend, (shoutout to the Organization Dance Team and my lil bro David Nguyen!)
This piece's concept is simply... "going with the flow."
Often times in life we are placed in interactions, situations and relationships where we have somewhat control over whats happening but not really, because of the uncertainty and the willingness to just see where life and fate takes you by trusting that something will fall into place.
So here's to... going with the flow.
