  • Would 9th century be Tang style?

Thank you for uploading so many wonderful videos.

  • hi, 9th is Tang. Tang is 6th - 10th century I guess..

This motif originated in 14th century Japanese sumi-e painter.

  • It must take alot of practice to get those first thin lines?

  • hello, Ettina,

It's taken five years for me, but still need to do....:)

  • *back to watch again* This should be framed and on a wall somewhere!

  • wow, thank you, OckGal.

  • Its amazing the way you tie the painting together. When you started this, i expected to see faces but couldnt tell where they would be. Your touch is so light and precise. I admire your work.

  • AAAHH see alot of practice! You are so good at it too!

  • I really should be going to bed (it's 4am) but I just had to watch before I go. :-)
