This saturday (17 Sept. 2011) sees a very important march through Cape Town to Parliament. to demand the South African people's Right to Know. South Africa's democracy is at risk - a draconian and unconstitutional secrecy Bill is in Parliament . Called the Protection of Information Bill, and likened to apartheid legislation, it is designed to gag the press, silence whistle blowers, and bury government corruption under piles of legal documents.
