When a customer raises an objection it usually arises from one of three common sources. A clear understanding of where the objection comes from in the customers mind is crucial to providing the correct response. Getting it wrong could cost you the sale.

  • wow it was an awesome presentation by Mike however, he did two errors... number 1 he didn't introduce himself and number 2 he didn't use the two little magic words at the end "Thank you".

  • Now there's an informative video worthwhile sitting through! As a seasoned sales person, I am always looking to refresh some of the basics of sales, and handling objections are as basic a sales process as you get.

  • Good information in this video although it is very difficult to watch this type of presentation for long and it is long. could have said what I got out of this in 30 seconds
