This move takes a surprisingly strong 2-on-1 grip during a guard pass and turns it into a crazy strong and painful triceps crush or reverse armbar.
Most people don't believe that this 2-on-1 grip will prevent your back from getting taken. I challenge you to try this on the mats with a strong opponent. Hold tight and he's stuck!
