The amp? If I had to do it over again, I would not have bought this amp. Its o.k. for practicing, but like I said, I use a boss DS-1, and I can't turn it up loud, or it will start feeding back.

I suggest saving your money for a better Marshall, or doing research on other solid state amps in that price range to see if they are any good.

adjust your eq on the amp if thats a marshall it should NEVER sound that shitty even with a bad pickup

Yeah, it's a Marshall MG 100. I don't like it at all. It sounds bad, and when I run my Boss DS-1 through it, it starts this horrible feedback if I turn it up past 2. I got a new job, and plan to buy a JCM 800 soon.

sorry dude but I believe thats a fake bill lawrence pickup. I recently just spoke to becky lawrence on the phone and ordered the l500xl for my ML. It came the other day and it DOES NOT say Bill Lawrence USA on it.

@danachonda Yeehaw, badass hits the core. If the Dimebucker is that sharp and punchy, a more shrill and sharper sound would not be my fave to play often... How much is such a 500XL? I don't know but saw some offers at online stores starting at around 30 bucks.
