How much weight is he actually push pressing? That guy is a beast of a lightweight. And he is a true lightweight, I doubt he barely cuts more above 2kgs

at 0:04 How much does it weight?

What exactly is that pull up variation at 2:46 called?

i have always thought bj penn was the better fighter of the two, but i cant help but admire edgars determination and hunger to beat the best, i think that although he is not a natural talent like penn or silva, he has twice the heart than most ufc fighters and his will to train harder than anyone is what makes him able to stand at the top, he is a true warrior, his determination is a true testament to the power of the will, it only inspires me to be better..thank you franki edgar!

@Fighting4LifeMYCJ These are really awesome. Thanks for posting. However, do you think it might be a bit more efficient and easier for the viewer to have the 'rounds' put into a single vid? Rather than watching something for 28 seconds, then another vid for 40 seconds etc... Don't get me wrong I'm stoked you put this stuff up. Thanks heaps. I just chose to watch this particular vid of yours because of it's length, rather than the sub one minute versions you also have.
I believe this is 135 pounds. His walking around weight is about 160, so he only has to cut 5 pounds, which should make it easy to make Featherweight. Please see more at "Fighting for Life" from the link on my channel. Thanks.

These are five-minute rounds with 50 seconds of work and only 10 seconds of rest (or just enough time to get to the next station). They're meant to replicate a round of MMA and the conditioning that will be called upon.
