@Ragingbaby at 3:20 they work they rear delts not a full shoulder workout but bodybuilders tend to do rear delts with there back because the rear delts are so close to the rhomboids and trapezius and latissimus dorsi. Hope that helps bro :)

@aTm121200 Agreed, I don't know how I ran across these certain videos but I had to totally change my technique and form for every single workout. I haven't ever seen videos this knowledgable about bodybuilding on youtube, EVER. Kai Green is a fucking legend.

Listen and learn.. this type of training you will never see a personal trainer give in a conventional gym.

best series ever, I think from every exercise he does I take away something and say "Oh, I gotta try that next time" Best example would be the train with kai video biceps, when he does incline curls seated, I altered my technique slightly, to do what kai said...and my arms get the most ridiculous pump!
