Eddy Lepp is in prison for 10 years for growing Marijuana! He turned himself in at 2:45 PM on 7/6/09. It is a crime that Eddy has to go to prison for 10 years for helping the sick by providing them with a location to grow their own Marijuana. Eddy got sent down as hard as he did because the Feds wanted to "make an example out of him." he did nothing wrong and even had the supposed permission and all from authorities. before his last raid, he got raided about four other times, and every time THEY said "oops, sorry ~ we forgot that we weren't supposed to fuck with you" while innocent visitors were at gunpoint on the floor.... i hope he gets out in 5 or less, but i heard with the feds, the best one can do is 7.... he is no criminal!

Its totally fuct, but honestly Eddys lucky to have gotten 10 years. The Federal Government does not honor State law in regards to "medical marijuana". They gave me 5 for 250 plants. Eddy was pushing appeal process, and was being very hopeful about it. But the Feds dont have a 98% conviction rate for nothing. The only way that he'll be out in under 7-8 years, is if he wins that appeal. Just remember that there are consequences for this shit, and b thankful 4 your herb. Some people pay dearly 4 it

I just did 4 and a half years on a 5 year bid for "Manufacturing a Controlled Substance" 250 plants. i met eddy as soon as he got to lompoc. he's a good guy. we used to walk the track around the big yard, and he'd tell me all kinds of crazy ass stories. i'm a small timer, and here this guy is tellin me about 20 solid acres of straight gonj. 30000 plants and shit. i was kinda skeptical...until he busted out the pictures.
