Recovery in Haiti: After the earthquake in Haiti, people in Port-au-Prince tried to keep on living with whatever they still had, in this case, one Haitian still had his car, (or what's left of it), however, these tires have been seriously run-down, and he needs another tyre to stop his car, and absorb the shock of the impact, because he doesn't have any (working) brakes to slow him down anymore.
But that doesn't stop the Haitian from happily smiling and waving at us when we drove by! :)
