How to tell a REAL MAC pigment from a FAKE one

Hiya.

Firstly, sorry about the pink on my hands, I'd just dyed my hair!

I decided to do this video in a hope that it'll help some people out if they're doubting if their MAC pigments are real or fake. Most from eBay are fake so be careful! Here's my guide and comparrison of a real MAC pigment that I bought in the MAC consession in Debenhams in Meadowhall, Sheffield and a FAKE MAC pigment that I got from eBay. I will name and shame this eBayer. Her name on there is ALFBIRD. WATCH OUT!

ANOTHER TIP:
If you look at the back of the carton you will see POLVOS CON PIGMENTOS the fakes have POLVOS CONPLGMENTOS.

@vanibal0077 Yeah the white one is real. I bought it from a MAC counter.

The problem is that the fake shadows would have undergone little or no testing meaning that the toxicity levels could be very scary. Thats really not something I want to put anywhere near my eyes, let alone anywhere else x

there is one good seller on ebay only that i know which sells mac and they are real mac

be careful on ebay this ladie put a photo of full jar 7.5g and she sent me small bottle instead. its so bad ebay should do something about this.

I ordered a palette set of four shades and I can't find this Mac palette anywhere on the internet. I think they are going to send me a fake. The colors are cute but I am glad I am only paying ten dollars for it.

Thanks. I order the mega metals from Ebay and so far all three were real. I was going to get some pigments but I think I will just past because it would require too much thinking.

Thankyou for this video. I also bought a mac pigment from ebay called Honesty. I checked the mac website and there is no such pigment called Honesty. DO you know if there is a mac pigment called honesty or not?

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video!!! its helped me figure out that the 31 Lot "MAC" pigments i bought are fake!!! i just received them today in the mail and i was wondering if something was up cuz sum of them look like powder has been taken out and on EBAY it said they are brand new. =(

i paid ALOT for these colors and its disappointing to find out they are fakes. could someone tell me how i report this to EBAY that they are fakes? and do i have to return the product to get my money back???

I just ordered the MAC gold glitter brilliant on eCrater yesterday so hopefully when it comes in the mail it's real!! I paid $22 for it
