Like yoga, stretching is key to weight loss. It is an active exercise but it is also a passive, easy exercise. lengthening the whole skin up and around the skeleton and muscles and fat, one pulls and drapes the skin over appropriate areas of the body, removing wrinkles. You appear slimmer too. You can remove the arch at the small of the back and remove the bending of the spine and neck. Lengthen the spine and free the neck. Balance the head atop the shoulders.

i do it only 5 seconds everyday but i wonder why the pain hasn´t go away,can u advice me please il be wai ting for your advice...the spine at the back is hurting
