I'm Ugandan and my mother tried to teach me this dance, LOLLLLL WARNING do not try African dance if you do not have agility or a strong back, Its an excuse to be hospitalized.

@modestoca25 That is faar from just mere "booty shaking," that is an ART FORM, sweetie. Not just anybody can get up & do this. That's why people pay thousands to see dances like this. It's an art form expressing the woman's femininity perfectly in sync to the rhythmic pulsating african drum beats.
