Capella Healthcare COO Mike Wiechart discussed the company's management approach at the Welcome Receptions held on July 6 for the company's newest affiliates - Stones River Hospital (Woodbury, TN) and DeKalb Community Hospital (Smithville, TN). The Capella culture revolves around five pillars -- Quality, Service, People, Growth and Financial Performance. "Our culture is really built around servant leadership. We see our role being to support you all in what you do. Plus we have a stewardship back to the community that we take very seriously... that's why we intentionally put the "people pillar" in the middle.
