When happens when a killer DM gets invited to a British party? Chris Perkins traveled to the UK to find out—in a celebrity game featuring Graham Lineham (comedy writer), Marty Jopson (presenter), Louise Champion (Orcs Nest games), Paul Moore (Patriot Games)—and Ian Livingstone (co-founder of Games Workshop).

  • @morrowindveteran Well, the 'robot chicken group' with its crude jokes and bad language get an 'adult language warning'. This group does not need crudeness in their game. It is also a more mature group but also one exhibiting excellent British subtlety and more into strategy. I suppose what you find 'boring', others find 'more refined'. By the same token, what you probably find as 'hilarious' some of us consider to be 'crude'. Each to their own eh? Well done Britain, great party you got here!

  • Hey Chris, how might one get you into their office to run one of these games?

  • How many sirens can go off in one game?

  • Surprised he let that dwarf get an extra action in.

  • "Bag of hitpoint"

    hehehehe

  • Chris Perkins is an awesome dm!

  • I like how they start getting into it. Enjoying the game.

  • I really like that the players role play their characters and not themselves in real life.

  • @subzero21601 3ed is SOOO much better than 4ed, i think you give the wizards to much power and its a bit too easy

  • some people complain how dull it is, but these people are new to the game and seem to work very well together. Seems to me they were trying and tihnking much harder than the chicken team and as a result they have done some very interesting things, i like it.

  • i wouldnt call them dull, i think theyre into it, but more from a problem solving perspective, rather than making jokes. I mean i was surprised they came up with the rope trip idea, or hiding under the corpse and stuff like that, theyre quite creative still. They take their time, yes, but i think theyre enjoying it.

  • @morrowindveteran I think the difference is that the RC group were all coworkers whereas these people are probably strangers for the most part. I argee though, its still a great video, I love all Chris' DM vids!
