I wish she would have stood there and just held the sign up and let the dumb ass cop stand there in front of them...... HES a DUMB ASS !!! what if she went and stood in front of his dumb ass sign.... he would probably arrest her.

@emtildeath When police break the law in order to "do their job" it is unacceptable. The end result does not always justify the means. These check points do not yield enough on dui to make them worthwile. Any other charges are against the law. Confiscating someones car because they are drinking is overstepping their authority. A drunk cop doesn't get treated the same as any othjer drunk now does he/she?? Get real!! It's called corruption, and it's finally being challanged!!

@emtildeath not really, realistically thats called fate....

@emtildeath LMFAO! I was thinking the same thing. how ironic if one of those dumb bitches was struck by a drunk driver that was able to continue drinking and driving bc of them. typical stupid bitches, dont think before they act.

@toolmkr1 and by the way,for my entire state over 2011,the drunk driving arrests were close to 300,and living in a highly populated city that i do, the 5-10 arrests every weekend is a pretty conservative number
-
@toolmkr1 whatever the reason they get towed is fine by me since they dont belong on the road anyways. and by the number of the ones ive seen getting towed, drunk drivers being the most important,it is common sense that it is affective and dont see how wikis polls are even relevent.where is the prove theyve taken those polls and since when is the fbi even involved in anything to do with drunk driving? wiki is a pretty liberal biased site so i wouldnt trust everything you read there.

@toolmkr1 in my state(california) and city, there are that many arrests,as ive said that my uncle has mentioned to me.it does of course depend on location and what night it is and of course if it is holiday time or not but either way, where im from, that is the norm.as ive passed thru several of them this last year, they usually have those cars and cars that have had other violations such as no license ore tags out(the biggest reason for getting towed says my uncle)to the side getting towed.

@ForTheDefence80 You can actually blame this on diversity requirements. It used to be very tough to become a cop in California, very high standards. But because these very high standards had a disparate impact, they were dramatically lowered. These was no actual bias but an effective bias. Now you really only need a fairly clean record and a pulse. Thing is you can evaluate good character but you can not really teach it to adults. Power tripping cops were likely bullies as kids.
Typical pathetic L.A.S.D. pig:
Power-tripping douchebag with thumbs hooked in gunbelt and chest puffed out while bullying two young women engaged in 100% lawful activity.
What kind of so-called "man" threatens to stand in front of them and block their signs if they refuse to comply with his unlawful order. His reaction/threat (to stand in front of them) is that of a petulant toddler.
A complete waste of taxpayer money to employ this dull-witted and overpaid sorry excuse for a "man" as a LEO.

Everybody would be singing from a different hymn sheet when one of their family or friends gets killed by an un insured driver high on crack with no licence in a stolen car. They would all be crying " where were the police to stop that person etc " Americans are pathetic when it comes to police doing their job :-)
