Hi KS! I don't have the reference for the specific study (they might have it at the blog metnioned in the description) but I can recommend 3 books where you can find more info re 'Liking' (they all include references) 'Influence' (Cialdini) 'Yes! - 50 lessons... etc' (Martin, Goldstein, Cialdini) and 'i is for Influence' (Yeung). All 3 are both serious and extremely readable (I'd start with the second) Hope that helps...
