And if the matter isn't pertaining to legal proceedings or an open case, what business DO you have with the district attorney?

Mary - Sorry that these asses treated you so poorly and violated your rights!!! Safety and security reasons - right. Yeah, these officers are worried about Defendant's privacy and not photgraphing them! Camaras compromise security. He said, "At this point, I will ask you to go ahead and shut your film off."
