این فرستنده آیات الله‌ها خواهد بود که دستور عمل‌های صنایع را برای کشور‌های عضو تعیین خواهد کرد
بنابر این ایران، یک دیکتاتوری برتر، قادر خواهد بود که با پشتیبانی‌ و راه اندازی برنامه‌های کمکی‌ به دیگر دیکتاتور ها تحریم‌های سازمان ملل را خنثی کند
این همه چیز را بهم میزند، یک بی‌ عدالتی کامل، شرم آور است. ای ملت ایران، اگر فکر می‌کنید که رهبر‌های شما بد‌ترین دیکتاتور‌ها هستند
