@linclisa No he does not. PAT and KOBI did not come here. Pete was at a different restaurant. He only eat the meat. This guy had to eat a baked Potato,salad,shrimp cocktail and a diner roll. Plus this restaurant is the Big Texas Steak house in Amarillo TX. If you do this challenge you always eat at the middle table like this guy did. I know because I always go to this restaurant once every year.

Go to the restaurant and watch how the contest works. If you can't afford to go then check it out at their website. You get to take a "trial bite" to make sure the steak is cooked right and taste great, and not a bunch of fat or tough.
The man is a meat-eating-machine and 8:52 stands as the record. THE BIG TEXAN STEAK RANCH HAS BEEN SERVING UP THE 72oz STEAK SINCE 1959!! Anyone wanting to beat the record? I'll give you $500 for beating 8:52!
