work gave me my own bathroom!

started a new job last month and within days of coming out as trans, the company established a gender neutral bathroom! now all we have to do is update some very out-dated requirements for our trans 'inclusive' health care policy.

Glad to hear things seem to be going well, despite the frustrations of the system not being fully in place yet for your needs.

Where I'm at, I can't easily keep track of the steps forward and backward, and have formally detransitioned, despite continuing with my medical steps.

I hope everything at AMEX is still going great. If you find a better insurance plan please let me know. I have blue cross blue shield and now I am looking at cigna healthcare? Insurance is so sketchy...

Hell yeah, I'm so glad things are going well for you at work! I do understand your frustration with your company's insurance. My company has a supposed 100 rating from HRC but it doesn't really do much in the way of offering trans-related health care, even though the HRC site thinks it does.
