Miele W 783 Sensor Electronic

Die Miele W 783 von Julian.
Die Maschine ist von 1983. Das Programm wird über Sensor-Tasten angewählt.
Schaltet man sie kurz aus und wieder ein, so fährt das Schaltwerk bis zum Ende durch, für eine Neuwahl des Programmes.

Sie hat mehrere Fehler: Die Maschine funktionierte beim Vorbesitzer nach einem Umzug nicht mehr, weil die Platine vom Temperaturwähler gebrochen war. Diese wurde geklebt und neu zusammengelötet.
Dann überfährt das Schaltwerk mal sporadisch und macht ziemlich viel Krach.
Und zu guter Letzt hat die Maschine noch einen elektronischen Fehler: Sie beendet das Programm nach dem Schleudern nicht. Das Schaltwerk fährt nicht bis zum Ende, weshalb die Türe nicht freigegeben wird und die Maschine deswegen vom Vorbesitzer aufgebrochen wurde !!!
Also das Schaltwerk haben wir geölt, damit es wieder leise läuft und ein Elko war der Grund, weshalb die Maschine nach dem Schleudern das Tachosignal vom Motor nicht mehr auswerten konnte (Sicherheitsfunktion in Schritt 57) und somit das Schaltwerk stehen blieb.

The Miele W 783 from Julian.
The machine is from 1983.
You choose the program by touch-sensitive buttons.
If you turn off the machine and on after a little moment the program-switch skips to the end-position so you can choose a new program.

The machine has got 3 defects: After the previous owner relocated, the machine didn't work anymore, because the board of the temperature selector switch was broken. It was conglutinated and solded together.
The program-switch skips sporadically and works very loudly.
Last but not least the machine has got an electronic fault: It doesn't finish the program after spinning.
The program-switch doesn't skip to the end-position, so the door doesn't get released free to open it and the previous owner broke the door open !!!

So we fixed the program-switch (by cleaning and oiling it) so that it can work silent.
A defect capacitor was the reason why the machine couldn't analyse the signal of the speedometer of the motor after spinning (security-function in program-step 57), so the program-switch didn't skip forward to finish the program.
