gorgeous she and serena williams could pass for sisters and her pole dance routine was nice but the music is not my favorite of course i am just saying but that's my personal opinion otherwise excellent and graceful...

That was fantastic! Loved the twisted grip release move at about 3:40, I've never seen anything like it before. What is the name of that move, and where did you learn it!? The better question is how did you learn it?
