Definately transitional between and '80s feel and a '90s feel with Roseanne and Coach on, the toilet commercial using Claymation and the graphics looking more modern. It's sort of like how 2009 will be transitional between the '00s and '10s with a new presidency and uncertain economy.

Didn't Home air on the (original) Family Channel for a couple of years after it ended on ABC in 1993?

That was when it was replaced by the Mike and Mary Show (or whatever it was called) up until 1995 or 1996 when Caryl and Marilyn: Real Friends came along.
