  • @bakesalee It is. So obvious from the few seconds...It's a totally different take and I'd never heard that single version before. It's tighter.

  • @bakesalee You're right--I've been listening to the album a lot and this is a slightly different version. Interesting.

  • @theRCRchannel yeah, hardly anyone picks up on that, or that she's singing "we were height to height, breezin' by." The "you spat in my eye" part refers to a bicycle-drive-by Kim experienced when she was 12, riding her bike in Huber Heights. Pretty sure the rest of the song is about how Kim & Kelley started out roughly the same as drug users, but then Kelley's use surpassed Kim's. Kind of melancholy, kind of twisted.

  • Love this album and it really shows what might've been the next Breeders album after Last Splash, but with a different type of sound. Great stuff.
