so i cant see my buddy but i know he's in a tree let me shoot randomly and make sure to aim in the trees. That was plain stupid.

I was hunting with a buddy, got lost, after a few days, hit him over the head, while he was out, ate his leg, with renewed food energy, managed to make it out of the bush, now that's surviving.

Turning the GPS off. Having spare batteries. Remembering stuff. Now that's Surviving!!!!

Probably would have been a better idea to fire your three 'help' shots into the air rather than straight into the forest where your hunting partner is half-way up a tree and trying to be as concealed as possible. Just saying... You are the man les, but don't ever take me hunting.

I think u should just watch both this and man vs wild and anything else u can find and then only take the options suited to u. Each shows essential purpose is to demostrate survival techniques. All the behind the scene stuff is simply irrelevant.
