  • @dragonking3434 Wrong on all fronts.

    1) If there WAS an S&P violation, the show would've been immediately pulled and never seen the light of day. Not only that, but the series itself probably would've faced cancellation- and considering Barry's checkered past...

    2) Actually, it does, because if it's spinning that fast you can't figure out where it'll stop when you shut it off.

    3) Again, this series did not have any ratings problems. At all.

    Three strikes, you're out.

  • If I didn't know any better as a gameshow fan, I'd say rigged too.

  • OK, once and for all, will everyone just PLEASE stop saying this show was RIGGED?

For the love of all game show kind, if this show WAS rigged, Jack Barry would've been out of a job (again), this show would've been history after a few weeks on CBS and/or syndication, and a lot of people (staff included), would've been in the slammer.

  • Just like today's games and tv, RIGGED

  • @theoriginaldonald thats why Jack Berry isnt a mathetician

  • EPIC suit!!!

  • 216 to 1, Jack, according to my calculations

  • Rigged. That girl should be pissed. They used her as a prop.

  • Suit up!!

  • @guyfroml - Oh, my bad...sorry about that! But no, my SN actually comes from an actual quote uttered on-air by a local Central PA newscaster following a piece on "yak skiing"(!).

  • @WhatsAYak Yak, I was just having some fun taking a poke at Berry - wasn't trying to be too serious. But, now that you've responded and I notice your Youtube name, I'm going to say you are something of a fan of the late Victor Buono - whose wit I thoroughly enjoyed and still sadly miss...."Ode to a Yak" first recited on Johnny Carson. Anytime I hear or see the word "yak" I always think of Mr. Buono.
