THIS VIDEO SHOWS HOW THE QUEST ENDS DON'T WATCH IF YOU WANT TO FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF
The final boss for the new quest, while guthix sleeps. The first boss is somewhat difficult but it's impossible to die on the second ones since you heal rapidly from the stone of Jas.
TIPS:
-range/melee reccomended
-he drains your stats so bring a super restore pot
-He attacks with all three styles but its really obvious when he does so use protection (throwing rocks = mage, flame bow = range, punching = melee)
-There is a safespot to range/mage him behind stone of Jas but I didn't use it
-He can hit 20+ very commonly and quickly so be careful not to let your health get too low

@Zoshimo when u touch the stone of jas after killing the balance elemental all ur combat stats except for prayer are raised to like 250+
