William Brown - Isaac Industrial Relations Symposium 2011

Monash Business and Economics and the Centre for Human Resource Management held The Isaac Industrial Relations Symposium 2011 in honour of Emeritus Professor Joe Isaac AO.

Practitioners, scholars, students and others interested in industrial relations and human resource management have the opportunity to participate in the Joe Isaac Industrial Relations Symposium in April each year.

Professor Isaac has long been one of Australia's most distinguished scholars and practitioners in the field of industrial relations. He has made very significant contributions to the fields of economics, industrial relations policy and practice, dispute settlement as well as social and economic development.

Professor William Brown, Master of Darwin College at Cambridge University and Montague Burton Professor of Industrial Relations was the keynote speaker at the symposium in 2011.
