Dude, throwing a woman off the cliff would generate similar outrage. Throwing a taliban terrorist off the cliff would generate similar outrage. Incorrect, dead wrong. People can defend themselves - even people with nothing can figure out how to a create IEDs. Puppies, baby birds, your newborn niece and so forth cannot. Civilized people have an innate tendency to protect defenseless creatures, human or otherwise. If you can understand how that guy maimed or killed a defenseless animal for fun then you can likewise understand how I could shoot him in the balls with 3 1/2" 10 ga magnum steel BBB's out of my goose gun.

People die in wars, it's to be expected. When we see someone go out of their way to harm or kill an innocent person/animal (Especially an infant of ANY kind) we tend to be sickened, and rightfully so. Not only is it morally wrong but it disgraces that uniform and the country it belongs to. WE are in THEIR country murdering their pets on our free time, just think of that in reverse for one second and then you'll understand why more than half the worlds countries are rooting for the "terrorists".
