I have gained the inches back that I recently lost so I"m starting a new plan. I will be doing a Slim in 6 workout 2 times a day like it says in the jump start guide. That sounds like a lot but it is really only like 1.5- 2.0 hours. I am still staying away from scales and will weigh myself after the next 8 weeks.
Measurements:
chest: 45.5 in right arm: 16.75 in left arm: 17.5 in
waist: 39 in hips: 50 in
right thigh: 32.75 in left thigh: 32.5 in
