My Kicho 2 form from tournament 11/13/10. I placed Gold. I already see some things I need to fix in my technique in general, and I'm working on my snap. I see my back leg heel came up a few times and my back knee bent too much, but if anyone has anything else constructive to add, I'll consider it. :) Sorry about the low-def video - there wasn't time to get out the good camera before I started.
