There is loads of positive 'word of mouth' about Hornet Juice and this was shot immediately after a hard 2hr brick session of 90 mins bike (including 3 x 15 mins hard Z4 efforts) and 30 mins 70.3 race pace run.
I mix Hornet juice with PowerBar Energize and it definitely gives training sessions an extra boost.
