"I came to the Annapurna Inn to do colonics orignally, as part of my ongoing search for solutions to my fibromyalgia, which I had been experiencing for almost fifteen years. A lot of body pain, a lot of congested energy, a lot of exhaustion, although pain was my primary symptom.

Robin I knew from many years of hearing great things about her in the community; she walked me through the liver gallbladder flush and cheered me on and provided incredibly delicious foods. It's made it so easy to do the flush with her. Plenty of food. There was no issue of hunger- totally satisfying. She very kindly and committedly guided us through every step (I did this with a friend) and encouraged and, I call it, 'shamanic cheerleading', and encouraged my body to really release. It's why I'm glad I did it with a coach.

I've done liver and gallbladder flushes on my own, and there's no real comparison with what can happen with this level of expertise and encouragement. I went through the process really painlessly - although I did have a lot of toxins flushing out and I did spend about four hours one day completely experiencing all my fibromyalgia symptoms within a four hour space. And then they were gone.

After the flush, number one, a lot of people were saying to me, 'Wow, what did you do? You look about ten years younger, your skin is glowing', so there was the vanity aspect of it that I enjoyed. But I literally felt about ten years lighter in my whole body. My body pain was gone, and remains gone as long as I don't deviate from my dietary principals and rest- get enough rest and exercise. But just my whole system - circulation was better, digestion was better, everything was working again. That's what it felt like. No more congestion in every level, every dimension of my being. It's good stuff!"
