Over the summer me and a couple of my friends went here, after an hour and a half drive to the house my buddy decided he couldn't stay there so we left after 5 minutes, we went the week after and got the cops called on us, this house is an amazing structure and would be a shame if it was torn down because it is a great attraction for the town

my dad lived in hinsdale back in the 1970's and slept in the attic of this house one night. He said that it was really eerie up there. I'm not surprised.

Hey, that's my husband in the video! They should have let him tell more of his creepy experiences.

I was at this house a month ago, I was with a friend and we decided to do some voice recordings. We got some interesting voices. One was angry, a man, and almost yelled "Who's there", and the other was a woman saying "Help me, oh please oh god". We left when we heard a faint woman in the house say "hello?". No other cars we're there but mine and we yelled in the house several times to see if anyone was there. I also got a picture of a face in the back window! I love this house!!

There are currently talks to tear down this house because so many teenagers (including myself) go up to this house. Now that the people that lived there have passed, it is a real possibility. Many of my friends (including a group I was with) have had their car stall underneath that tree that hangs over the driveway. It's happened many times.

@lesrenemckeown There is no living across the street from the school unless you live in the bus garage or post office. So either you're lying or you meant you live a little bit down the street and across. (I lived two houses down from the school but my house burnt down a year ago tomorrow).
i live on main street in Hinsdale, New York dude! the whole damn town is a burial ground when the Indians killed the other Indians before the settlers came. The whole damn town's haunted and so is my house! call me crazy, but I know it is. im not f***ing kidding, I've seen them man. If your ever in Hinsdale... DON'T GO OUT AT NIGHT.

I'm about to finish a novel on said house. I was extensively involved with the house in '73-'74. Stay tuned, the book should be published between end of June - July.
