Good USB pass through battery should have a converter. If it uses 5volts instead of 3.7, it's too much heat for the atomizer to handle and may cause damage to the atomizer.
I like using my DSE901 with a normal battery though...

I have an e-cig, and just found out about this usb version. I can't help but compare the look of it to a hookah except you are smoking spent cpu cycles! :D
