  • TIG... pretty much everything we do is tig unless it's inside corner to inside corner. Then we mig because it fills the radius nicely.

  • NOTE: the plates with the 1/2" hole in them (to mount the bars) are now supplied formed. This means they are easier to install and stronger than two separate plates.

  • heh, I had forgotten about those hiccups :) Our parts are mainly hotrod oriented, yes. We do have a lot of universal parts as well, that will work on anything.

  • For sheet metal, a little mig would work fine. There is a lot of great welding info in regards to what kind of machine people like on the jalopyjournal.
