All things considered, you have done very well with the sulky. I am sure you will refine it considerably as you gain more experience. It is certainly a good advertisement for the single-shaft dorsal hitch style of cart; runs easy, dog loves it, and driver is having fun. What more could you want? :-)

We have been planning it, designing it and building it for a few months. We finished it just before Christmas. You can see it develop, because we would have to wait for parts and do test runs. The picture where I crashed is on the first test run, so we had to redesign parts of it. It is fun but can be a little scary. Dogs aren't like horses. He also gets faster every time we take him out. I also have to keep him from killing both of us.
