  • @waagii The reason that we calculate our harvest in bushels is because they are constant, one bushel one year will still be one bushel next year, when you measure a harvest in a weight, if you have very light corn one year, then one tonne is going to have more corn in it, if you have heavy corn, then there will less in it. Grains are still sold by weight, but yeild in the field is measured by bushels. Hope that helps.
