Pizza need fresh tomatoes on them... those pizzas look like burned

you need to use very little yeast, like 0.5g for 1 pounds of flour. The dough must be left to leave for like 6-7 hours. Then you must spread the pizza using just the fingers trying to make a round shape and pushing the air within the dough at the borders that must be taller than the center. Then you put a mix of pelati tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt and basil (blended together) on the center of the pizza and then fiordilatte cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes at 600° degree F

@btoolh It's all in the experience. How well you make the dough. Also, a very hot oven. Remember to use FRESH ingredients, especially basil/herbs, none of that dried or packaged stuff, and use olive oil over the top to stop any burning. Serve and eat quickly! Everything else is pretty standard.
