You are two rides ahead of me Dave and still no sign of the temps dropping below freezing here. I will be lucky to get in three qualifying rides at this rate.

Shaded spot with a good air flow is probably best if you can find one on the bike somewhere.
I am still convinced my old alcohol thermometer gives the most consistent results in a shady spot.
