@Chocolatiermapony Yeah that is good advice, I like to have short reins when riding english and especially jumping :) It just gives you more room to correct your horse and personally it makes my horse and me feel more balanced ;) That looked really painful btw!

My horse does this to me all the time if you shorten your reins and stretch your body it will help you balance so if the horse does it you wont fall

Try shortening your reins 4 more inches and sit up into the jumps this can ensure a better chance of getting over the jump.xxx
