OMG i used to date him! He is such a weirdo, avoid at all costs. He is always like that and he is not funny in the slightest.

The point is that he does deliberately bad jokes and impressions, but doesn't know how to deliver or frame them in a way that an audience (even an audience who understood the premise) would find funny?
