In the autobiography, E said he had an Australian interview, where he joked about heroin, on the day that Butch told him Spider had died. However, in this interview, they are promoting Shootenanny! which we know to have been released in 2003.

Did E take part in two interviews in Australia and joked about heroin TWICE? Once in 2000 and once again in 2003? I'm really confused.

The presenter went out of his way to describe E as a rock star. He was making a joke about the stereotypical rock star, not heroin overdose.
