So Guitierrez is comdemning Castro regime as deadly and violnt, but yet he makes no mention of pre Revolution Batista regime which USA was supporting fully, regime which slaughtered hundreds of thausands of women and children.
Fact is that Batista was receiving Millions of dollars from US corporations, nd Batista was great for US investors, but US did not care it was all at price of thousands of innocent lives.

Amongst all the argue. I have a question: of all the countries and people that the US has called terrorists, why haven't the US been called terrorists? Have you noticed that we scream terrorists more after 911 than before? I mean this is the same country that called the Panther Party a threat. If you don't kill for this country, you are a terrorists. In Bush's words: if you are not a patriot of this country, you are the enemy.

Why do you say that. What Gutierrez is saying is part of the record...There should have being a change of venur... It would have stopped a lot of headaches. The fact is that they are 10 not 5. Another 5 pleaded guilty.If the case was in reversed they would have given fireing squad.
