Paula Allen, the General Manager at Ghyslain Richmond Bistro, in Richmond, IN spent a few minutes talking with us about their Pan Bagnat Nicois - essentially a gourmet tuna sandwich that features tuna, bibb lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, a hard boiled egg, kalamata olives, roasted red peppers and a touch of olive oil, salt an pepper all on freshly baked french bread. It's a great sandwich if you're looking for a light meal - and if you're eating at Ghyslain, you should definitely save room for dessert, it's a specialty at Ghyslain
