The Forward180° is a forward take-off jump. This type of jump is the hardest type of jump because there's very little turn when taking off. Also, the entrance is a "closed hip" spin. The fakie jumps are easier because they're an "open hip" spin -- which means your hip is open to the entrance of the rotation.

If you're wondering about the Flare Jump and the Air Flow jump, they are both different type of jumps altogether.

  • this is a pretty simple jump. whats is your reason for jumping so high?

  • @ImAussieMate The higher the better.

  • @Prolite you can peform that same move without using as much energy jumping that high. it looks better higher but you can do it much quicker and with less energy.
