My brother tried getting the water from the rain off his jeep roof by slamming his breaks in reverse, thus causing his roof to snap and fall, and an avalanche of water to pour on him inside his car.

  • you can get a hoist that makes removal of hard top 5 minute one person job.

As quietness or heat goes, i dont know what kind of a top you got. I have the stock hard top and it does not flap around like the soft top does and also reduces road noise a ton. It holds in heat too especially if you add any lining to it. Put a thermometer on the rear seat of your rig on a nice cold COLD (and i assume foggy) day (-10C) and turn on the heat to full blast for 10 minutes and see which one warms up more.
